Returnable within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in original condition and with all tags. Let us know in advance by WhatsApp or email and you will receive the instructions. Return costs are the customer's, unless the piece is faulty. After inspection we refund within 14 days.
Pieces made to measure or altered at your request cannot be returned. That is why we work with fittings and a sketch for approval before we begin. If a made-to-measure piece does not fall well, we alter it free of charge.
Rental pieces fall under the rental conditions and are not refunded. Free cancellation up to 14 days before the rental date.
Return within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging. Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons.
Check your parcel on arrival and send us photos of any damage within 48 hours. We will resolve it: repair, replacement or refund.
These return conditions, the rental conditions and the privacy policy apply to all orders. A made-to-measure order starts after a deposit of half the quoted amount; the balance is paid before delivery.
