Allow 4 to 8 weeks for a kaftan or takchita and 6 to 10 weeks for a bridal piece, plus time for fittings. Need it sooner? Just ask, sometimes it is possible.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week on WhatsApp. We usually reply within the hour. Appointments are arranged together, evenings and weekends included.
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking and insurance. Do bear in mind any import duties in the destination country.
By bank transfer, or in cash on collection. For made-to-measure work we ask a deposit of half; the balance is paid before delivery.
Yes. Almost every design can be made in another colour or fabric. That falls under made to measure.
Stock pieces can be returned within 14 days or altered. Made-to-measure pieces we alter free of charge.
Do not machine wash. Have the piece dry-cleaned by a cleaner experienced with embroidery, and store it hanging in a cotton cover, out of direct sunlight.
